Dolores Redondo (Donostia-San Sebastián, 1969) is the author of the "Baztán Trilogy", the most important literary phenomenon in Spanish in recent years, which inaugurated its own genre, the mystic noir : The Invisible Guardian , Legacy in the Bones and Offering to the Storm ; adapted to film with great success between 2017 and 2020, and currently available on Netflix internationally.

The trilogy was followed by All This I Will Give You (2016), one of the best-selling Planeta Prize winners in the award's history, and adapted into a French public television series in 2024 to great acclaim. The novel also received the prestigious Bancarella Prize in Italy. In 2019, she returned to the Baztán universe with The North Face of the Heart , which is in development as a television series in Hollywood: a milestone in contemporary Spanish fiction. In 2021, the publisher reissued The Privileges of the Angel , her first novel. With Waiting for the Flood (2022), she once again delighted readers and critics, in addition to motivating a new audiovisual adaptation.

In 2024, she published Las que no duermen (The Ones Who Don't Sleep) NASH , the second volume of The Quiet Valleys, a quartet that inaugurated Esperando al diluvio (Waiting for the Flood) , and which will be followed by two more novels. Today, her works have been translated into 38 languages, and they have millions of readers around the world.
